1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account with AXY Markets AS ("AXY", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use AXY, and you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where tokenized real estate investment is restricted or prohibited.
  • Any information you submit during registration and KYC verification is accurate and complete.

3. Nature of the Investment

AXY facilitates fractional, tokenized ownership in real estate assets. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Projected yields shown on the platform are estimates, not guarantees. You should review the offering documents for each property before investing.

4. KYC / AML

Access to investment features requires identity verification (KYC) in line with applicable anti-money-laundering regulation. We may suspend or close accounts that fail verification or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or money laundering.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by regulation. You may close your account at any time, subject to settlement of open positions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from market movements in tokenized assets.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
