1. What We Collect

  • Account data: email, phone number, country of residence, password (hashed, never stored in plain text).
  • KYC data: government ID, proof of address, and other identity documents required by anti-money-laundering regulation.
  • Transaction data: investments, wallet addresses, deposits, withdrawals, and on-chain transaction hashes.
  • Usage data: device, browser, and interaction data collected for security and product improvement.

2. How We Use It

  • To create and administer your account and process investments.
  • To perform identity verification and meet legal/regulatory obligations (KYC/AML).
  • To detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
  • To communicate service updates, security notices, and (where you've opted in) product updates.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (running your account), legal obligation (KYC/AML), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, platform security).

4. Sharing

We share data only where necessary, with:

  • KYC/identity-verification providers, to confirm your identity.
  • Payment and custody providers, to process deposits and withdrawals.
  • Regulators and law enforcement, where legally required.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

KYC and transaction records are retained for the period required by anti-money-laundering regulation, typically five years after the account relationship ends. Other account data is retained for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations.

6. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion, where we are not legally required to retain it.
  • Export your data in a portable format.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and restrict access to personal data to personnel who need it to perform their role.
